MULTIPLES ORDER FORM

Here is where you place your order, make a final check of your head shot, select quantities and shipping types and proceed to payment. Click the image below for the full-size example page.

IMPORTANT! Take this time to click on the thumbnail of your headshot. This opens an enlarged proof of your image. Inspect it carefully. THIS WILL BE YOUR FINAL IMAGE. Make absolutely certain that everything is as it should be. There are no second chances once the order is placed. You will be getting multiple copies of whatever you decide upon here.

Enter the quantity of the images you wish to order by using the drop down menu. Prices will adjust accordingly. NOTE: the setup fee will be $22.00 unless you choose not to include a name on your headshot.

NOTE: If the quantity of the images you order is greater than FIVE (5), shipping is automatically selectd as FedEx.

If you desire any other service, such as preparation of your image for online casting agencies or would like to have your headshot mailed to you on CD, check the appropriate box:

If you'd like to prepare and add another headshot to your multiples order, click on the CONTINUE button. This will take you back to your online proofs, where you can select and process another image.

Follow the steps outlined in parts 1, 2 and 3 of this tutorial for any additional images you want to add to your order. Additional orders will be combined on this multiples order page for easy calculation of your totals.

When you complete the order and select your shipping mode, click "SUBMIT" to proceed to the PAYMENT FORM.
