Second Fireside Chat Brings Record Number To Argentum:

On Wednesday, April 19 Argentum clients filled the house to hear casting director Bonnie Gillespie give advice. Having been an actress herself, Gillespie used personal experiences to illustrate her points. Now a casting director, Gillespie spent the ninety minute session divulging industry secrets as well as do's and don’ts for the audition room.

Wednesday marked the second in an ongoing series Argentum is offering. The Fireside Chats were created to bring industry professionals to Argentum customers in support of their careers. These chats are free to Argentum clients and are filled on a first come-first serve basis.

This is all a part of the new “Triple A” (AAA) approach towards the headshot business. “All About Actors” is the Argentum way when it comes to customer service. This philosophy starts at the top with owner Ajay Jhaveri and trickles down to every employee. “I had no idea that what started 19 years ago as a custom print lab would turn into such a useful resource center for actors” says Jhaveri. “I look at the lab now and think back to what it was, I’m just happy that 19 years later we’re still providing the high quality prints and on top of that, we’ve started offering career services from leading industry executives.
